Re: tricks on falling asleep
Sweet Basil is a mild sedative. You can smell its fragrance, you can eat the leaves if you want when you have difficulty going to sleep. Normally, smelling Sweet Basil is sufficient to relax a person and make one sleepy. Try it or any other variety of Basil - they are all mildly sedative. Sweet dreams!

Re: tricks on falling asleep
I guess you have to make your room ambiance more pleasant and comfortable and you should establish a bedtime routine. take a glass of milk before sleeping, it has an ingredient trypthopan which has a relaxing effect, enhancing your quality of sleep. lastly, no tv's before going to bed, it will make your brain more stimulated and prevents you from falling asleep quickly..

Re: tricks on falling asleep
That Is a pretty good theory. I use to be able to fall asleep easily when I was younger! but now it takes me about 30 minutes to a hour to fall asleep even after I have had a long day at work! so It is nice to hear a few ideas on how to fall asleep.

Bananas can also be of help as they have been found to contain the substance called Serotonin(5HT). Serotonin plays a role in making us fall asleep.

Re: tricks on falling asleep
Meditate to clear your mind for at least 15 minutes before you sleep. Don't watch tv or any stimulating activity 3 hours before you sleep. Make sure you have a dark quiet environment to sleep. Excercise and other stress relieving measures to ensure you aren't thinking of stressful situations.

Re: tricks on falling asleep
Very funny; so if I visit the linkk I will get tricks about falling as sleep.
I believe falling as sleep is a natural process nothing more.though I have never seen a person having falling asleep problem but if there is such, then I will advise them to stress themselves and then easily they will fall asleep.
