Weight loss increase the personalty of a person. every person wants to look smart and gorges. Eating raw vegetable and fresh food. less use fat food. avoid oily food items. doing little exercise in a day.

Do exercises daily for at least 30 minutes.
Control your diet,
Eat more fruits and raw vegetables,
Avoid more cholesterol, fatty foods, and fast foods.
Drink more water,
Take green tea.

Many tips for wight loss.Different people like different method for weight loss.
But i think if you want to lose of the weight than you should be eating the energetic
foods and some other tips like,........
1 Swimming
2 Running
3 Cycling
4 Exercise

Two glass of water before the meal is good for you and make it habit till you don't have left out to your weight.
Rather than this remedy you can also apply the cycling.

I would suggest yogas. Yogas are great..makes you mentally as well as physically fit...you can include yogas for your early morning schedule..

In my point of view to loss weight swimming is the most important exercise you know because it really stretches our all muscle and doing exercise twice a day and eat the food which has less calorie and drink plenty of water.

It's very easy to gain weight but it's very hard to loose weight once you get fat.I have also gone through the same problem.I can understand how difficult it is.So to loose weight you need to drink lot of water everyday.It would be like three to four liters everyday so your digestive system remains good.After that you should go for jugging and do some exercises every morning.And most difficult part comes here avoiding oily foods or deep fried foods like french fries,fried chicken,fried rice.You should switch to green vegetables and fruits.

Losing weight can be possible with the help of two things.Healthy diet and daily exercise.Diet must contain vegetables,fruits like oranges,lemon.Oily and fatty food must stopped.Drink maximum water it is too good for losing weight.Add green tea in your diet.With good diet you should do exercise on daily basis.Running,cycling,swimming are effective exercises for losing weight.

Exercise may initially cause you to lose weight but if you stop you may gain even more weight . The best weight loss can be done by walking and also by having a glass of warm water early morning before you have eaten anything.

To reduce weight u must follow some rules not occasionally but regularly.
Take a glass of lemon water in the morning.
Go for walk for about 30 min of brisk waking.
Eat your meals fully but reduce the intake of the calorific diet.
Take as much less as u can of sugar and saturated fats. Don't eat oily vegetables.
Eat boiled vegetables.
Make yourself tension free.
Do yoga at one time if u can .
This will greatly help u reduce your weight.
