yes, even it hard we should learn it. so many things can we do to hold emotion. if I was in emotion I drink a glass of cold water and turn on the radio and remember god. that's the best way I take. if didn't try to hold it we can't get satisfying profit.

10% a day? Let's do the math:

Say you have $100 for equity, 10% means $10. And let say you trade GBPUSD. Now, suppose you use standard 1:100 leverage. That means you can trade about 0.01 or 0.02 lot, depends on how aggresive you are. And do remember that we need the rest of our money in case of pullback. 0.02 lot means $0.2 per pip. To get $10 a day, you need to gain 50 pips daily.

Easy? I don't know. You just have to think whether you are able to gain 50 pips day in day out or not. Me? I cannot.

I agree. This is what I called money save money earned. If you open a position even though you don't have solid leads and end up losing in that trade. Then its better that you don't trade at all. At least you still have that funds that you loss. But if you have solid leads then open a position and make money. that's why patience is always the key in forex trading.

In anything that you do time is required and this is the main reason why making good money in the Forex business takes a lot of time.

Lets face its most newbies spend less time searching and reading about forex trading. they prefer to start trading in demo account to have a feel on how to trade in real account. But problem without good strategy and good knowledge about forex trading in demo is some how useless also.

Its because most newbies and even some of us in forex trading already have a strategy, already have a plan. But when they start to trade and its does not move as fast as they anticipated what they do? They break the rules by changing the target price they want simply because they are impatient to wait for that price to get hit. To be honest its happened to me too and this is usually what cause my loses.
