My guys in the house, i do not know if there is anybody that is in the house that can help me because i created a paypal account using the Niger stuff instead of Nigeria which is not listed there, but when it came to the verification process, i came to understand that i can not even input my own address and country information like i have wanted to so can any one give us any other method of doing that.

you could have made a paypal in Nigeria by using a proxy or vpn from other countries such as the example is a virtual bank account

You can google it my friend . There are not many results that match your criteria , but there are some videos that expalin it step by step , and they might help you . As far as i know , paypal refuses to work in poor countries , where people barely use it at all .

I do not know about paypal account in Nigeria. but I think that all countries accepted by paypal, what matters is how we can use paypal for the money. but I think you better use the LR only. because the LR we can use the money more freely.

I have been seeing people asking me to pay for an ebook that will teach me how to create and verify my own paypal account while in Nigeria by giving me the step by step guide that i need so i think that it is very important but i am only afraid of not getting the right person so that i do not make a mistake of my life and stand to regret it. Nigeria is one of the countries where paypal and some of the other online services are banned. I have seen that nigeria has some financial issues and other big countries are taking advantage of the situation. So in my opinion paypal doesn't want to risk their investment and other legal deals and so avoiding the service in that country.

Paypal are full of complications, they are too strict for anyone's liking, though it helps their system to be more secured but that is'nt good, cos they restricted many countries from gaining access to their services.

Nigeria is one of the countries which has limit from the other payment processor, not just paypal but okpay and STP are also under issue of the paypal limit. so surely i guess it is not a good thing for them to restrict and then make people to open their site and open fake account. it is in either case a wrong deal for sure.

I've heard countless naija guys coming online claiming they are gurus and are capable of opening a verified paypal account for you even as a nigerian but that you would need to send some fund to their account are all fraudstars, even if you creat the account, how will you withdraw your fund? Is it worth the stress when there are countless payment processors?
