Google chrome and Mozilla firefox which is better

Most of you i know have worked with mozilla firefox as well most others might have come across something like google chrome and have checked their functionality and can now make a different by telling us between the two that you have worked with which do you think is better than the other. Although for me i rather choose to work with google chrome rather than working with mozilla firefox.

Here's how i see it - chrome and firefox both have issues with media plugins like flash and pdf. You can check the performance of both browsers if you're on low speed connection. I found that flash plugins on both browsers eat some CPU. So in such conditions both browsers are useless compared to opera. But for other surfing, chrome seems to be getting better every update. Firefox is also good but they need more smoothness in UI in order to get better performance. Version 8 of firefox is good but chrome 15 seems to be good at performance.

both browsers have their pluses and minuses. google chrome has one unique feature that its all tabs are independent. If one tab becomes unresponsive you can close it. I like firefox for its add on features. you can achieve almost anything using a add on in firefox.

Well in this case i will go with mozilla fire fox due to its very easy use,i mean it is so easy to configure and make some certain settings that enables me browse free with my computer using cheats,but google chrome is still a kind of confusing to configure freely.

Yes, that's true the more plug-ins you install or are currently installed, it seems to have an effect on your own pc and browser's performance. I've used both of them for quite some time, but i first tried out firefox for half a year and decided to try google chrome. well, i seemed to have liked chrome's UI coz it looks simpler and easier to use than having you toolbars and icons displayed on your browser like firefox (though it's manageable). for me google chrome also gives me and edge in web browsing so i did stick to GC.

For me i would go for google chrome because it is easy for me to use this web browser, it loads pages very fast and efficient. It is faster then my mozilla firefox here in my PC. I just use firefox for other reasons because firefox can have configuration advantages over google. For me as a regular user, google is better in someways but mozilla is good too

These two browser are good and we can't deny the face that they are both fast it's just happen that Firefox has more feature to offer for its user like the addons and themes which is more customizable.

yeah i agree with you in the case of plug in honestly mozilla fire fox do much requires of plug in so as to display some flash files on sites mostly it does request of it when ever i used it in accessing ptp forum but google chrome never requires of much plugin.

Google chrome is oversimplified. I like browser with more options. They don't have the top menubar which is very important. I think they should add that but considering their quest to remove more options. I doubt that they'll add it to their new version. But that aside, i think only flash and pdf plugins are causing more performance issues on the browsers. I don't know how firefox and chrome is performing more worst compared to opera that is using these plugins and having no issues.

Yes, they Google Chrome has no menu bar i used it just a while but did switch with Mozilla Firefox.. Menu bar is important but maybe without menu bar Google chrome would be faster especially the simple interface which i think because of simplicity it doesn't affect the speed.

I have to mention (as so many readers have pointed out in comments) that in practice there is absolutely no comparison between the two browsers because the extensibility of FireFox by way of its add-ons make it infinitely better than Chrome. Having said this, remember that Chrome is still a baby when it comes to browser lifetimes.

Yeah chrome can be a baby when it comes to browser but those that invented it aren't a baby.and meanwhile both of them are much more different fiom each other and have their own unique feature that makes them function in a different way.

When you installed too much Addons on your Mozilla Firefox for sure it will affect your browsing cos it might cause a crash. I think in Google Chrome it's very rare to happen that your browser would crash because it has anything at all the browser is too simple.

Chrome has issues wtih add-ons too. Check add-ons like some toolbars or add-ons that block ads and gather the SEO data. These are the browsers that make it easy for you to do the stuff in browser but in reality you're using less without add-ons. In case of chrome they do have add-ons but many good add-ons are missing compared to firefox. Performance wise both browsers have issues with add-ons.

Well,thats true much add-ons installation do cause some harms to our fire fox even to our computeq because i could remember when my mozilla fire fox was so slow that i couldn't fix the problem,i then took it to a computer engineer he told me that my browser have much add-ons and then advice me to use chrome.

??? what do you bubbling here? my FF only need one plugin to display some flash files and are you accessing ptp forum using chrome? chrome for me is simple and good but i see now FF have good feature and they supported many addons

TO ME GOOGLE CHROME IS THE BEST BECAUSE THEY ARE LIGHT AND FAST IN BROWSING THE INTERNET,THEY ALSO DISPLAY PICTURE OR IMAGE IN AN ADMIREABLE WAY NOT LIKE MOXILLA THAT WAS NOT FAST IN LOADING.

i have been using mozilla for a long time so i would better opt for mozilla firefox i even it is ram eating software but i like it very much 1st because i am very familiar with it and second it has various addons that i require for my Every-day's work

@pepy am not bubbling ok i know what am talking of my firfox do ask me of plugin the first day i used it in accessing money talkvillage and also the first day i used it in acessing lotoftalk so i am not saying what i have no idea of,chrome accessed it with no require ment.

The thing so far, Mozilla is better, and more specialized as the Internet Browser. And even Google works together with Mozilla. We can see anytime we start the Mozilla FireFox, we can see the homepage of Google. But, by the company overall, Google is much better.
