Spoonfeed a newly recruit member in your network
When you sponsoring a new distributor into the business, treat them as you would a little child. Expect little. Spoon feed a lot. Give them bite size information but feed them regularly.
• Just like a new born baby, they have to be fed everyday.
• Just like a new born baby, they have to be fed food in order to grow.
• You cannot expect a baby to walk at the onset.
•You cannot expect them to run like grown-ups.
PRACTICAL APPLICATION:
1. When you sponsor a new distributor, personally walk them through each website:
2. Show them where and how to download Tools.
3. Train them up in the way that they should go on a consistent basis.
One day, just like a new-born baby, you can expect them to grow and stand on
their own two feet!

Re: Spoonfeed a newly recruit member in your network
Thanks just to make them feel you and that will be a channel for them to acquire what they need. BY doin them like a child will even makes you personality to be maintained instead of bein hard to them.

Re: Spoonfeed a newly recruit member in your network
Thought this place is for paying programs? All the same what you are saying is pretty right, whenever you are going to refer a person to a network what you need to do is to keep feeding the person until he has become a full member before letting him feed others.
