i don't think that they have mods here. they have staff. anyway, they won't reveal the identity of their staff. so i don't hope that you will know them. except for sharonbucks. but she just gives tasks which i hardly see now . but of course she or he is part of the staff in mylot. i think that all of the staff here share the responsibility of managing the site.

I don't know any of them since I haven't encountered them yet way back when I still active in this site. But now, I rarely visit mylot and hardly make post in this site.

yes like in other ptp forums we know who the moderators of the forum are and we can contact them but here at mylot they have a different system and the moderators do not reveal themselves to the members however they just do strict business as they just manage mylot..!

yes the moderators don't have any contact with the members at all. they don't give any warnings or reminders to the members. they just ban the members right away. they just expect the members to follow their rules. and they expect the members have read the rules after joining this site. so they are also strict. which makes it hard to get paid here when you are just new here.

yes as i mentioned here at mylot the moderators are just managing strict business unlike other ptp forum where the moderators are able to contact with the members of the forum and interact there are nothing called infractions here just direct ban if you violate the rules.

mods and staff are the same thing on any forum. staff only gets official salary whereas mods on tptp forums get some cut in their earnings. that is the only difference. some staff members are lamb, alex, alice and many other names.

Yeah, I see no difference between staffs and moderators. They may differ only on how they are called but they do, practically, the same thing, which is to moderate things around the site.

yeah, i don't know what andy or black wanted to imply over there. because sometimes mods on some forums are paid members whereas some are voluntary. i guess this explain dynamics on sites like mylot. but i guess mylot mods have no special color on their username.

well i have just been active here for 7-10 days previously so i do not have much idea about the system the only thing i love here in my experience was that the members here are really friendly and we can really socialize here.

try it if you want to get feel of how hard they are. i mean try to post on make money or referral topics and see if you earn much or get any deduction. that way you'll slowly understand this system. they're kinda cryptic in their ways of earning.

well yes most of the members here complain about their strictness of the forum and as you mentioned they do not give the right amount of money that is why not many serious earners here are posting at mylot..only people who are not into earning are here.

it does not matter if your topics is for your local issues. as long as it is written in english then it is accepted. cause it is against the rules to post here that is not in english even just short post in other language. i don't know if they will ban members that make some short post in other language cause i have not tried doing that.

they will not credit it and maybe they will able to banned member there.lol.referral is look like promoting topic and its forbidden and in here they also dont like any discussion about money making site but before they still allow it.i think dont take a rist by involving to that kind of contest

yes i was active for sometime in mylot and i saw that the only language that was used here was..english,however if they would be having any other language it would be mentioned but i think that only english is accepted here at the moment that is why i just go for english.

i think you are right about that . i saw many members who post at other languages at some forums and they got infractions . if you checked the rules at any forums , you will find that ( English is the language of the forum and no other languages are acceptable . anyway , i tried to be active in MYLOT but i lost due to the low rates beside the old script of the forum

well yes the only language in all ptp forums is english and in some forums there are sub forums that have some local languages like hindi,indonesian but i do not think that mylot has any such option..so all the members are bound to post in english or else they will be banned..by the moderators.

That will be a good feature if the admin will consider this kind of stuff. In that way the members could have a different regional discussion based on their own language or their own updates about their regions or countries.

it is always fun to have the international section on every forum because it makes you connect with people living on the same country as yours. i don't know if anyone has suggested that already to Mylot Admin but i agree that its a good idea.

well yes having international forums is never a bad idea in my view because as vainskie mentioned it helps us to post in our regional language and to interact with the people of the same country however i am not sure if the international forum is present on mylot or not.
