I think you are talking about the minimum deposit. Because on bwin I can bet with 0,5 dollars and the same is possible on bet-at-home also. But I think that if somebody is serious about making money with bets, he needs a higher bankroll than 1 dollars.

Maybe you can find a good exchanging site. I think there is a site which manages currency conversion and you can earn money while doing so. I don't remember the name of the site, because I would gladly told it to you.

well i was able to get a online betting site reviewer and found that these site only allows members to make a free once in a month withdrawal after that should you request for another withdrawal in the same month it will charge you 15 dollars which to me is way too high since i am a mini online bettor
