I also follow this program but for two months now, not a member of it yet, and it totally has a mixed up perspective. Many are saying it is still paying up to date, proofs posted and yet many others are saying it is scam, provided articles about the ongoing mistakes of the program. It is very difficult to tell whether the program is legit till now or not. (also follow the troubling discussions at a similar thread at TG forum). At one point is does cause the minimum amount for investing in buying shares is $50 - $80.00, new businesses are added offering different prices per share each.

Ukraine to raise investment for $10 bln in 2012

Kaskiv says that this year the volume of attracted investments would be USD 7.5 billion.
KYIV, November 21, 2011 (UBO) – Ukraine is planning to raise investment for USD 10 billion in 2012, according to Vladyslav Kaskiv, head of the State Agency for Investments and National Projects Management, UkrInform reported.
He noted that in 2012 the agency can draw about 20-25 percent of the total investment coming into this country.
Kaskiv also said that this year the volume of attracted investments would be USD 7.5 billion. This figure is realistic, because, according to the official, as of October Ukraine attracted USD 5.3 billion.
The national project chairman added, to fundamentally change the situation in the field of investment, it is necessary to draw USD 15 billion for at least three years each.

Hungary Prepared To Invest USD 1 Billion In Ukrainian Economy

According to the statement, Hungary's National Development Minister Tamas Felleggi said during a Ukrainian-Hungarian business forum in Odesa said that a priority for his country is presently development of the Eastern Partnership, including with Ukraine.
Thus, according to him, the main areas of cooperation are information technology, infrastructure, and agriculture.
"We are ready to fund several joint projects and invest about USD 1 billion in the Ukrainian economy. Only under such conditions can we fully realize our geographical and economic potentials," said Felleggi.

I went through the management chats and read all of the conversations made. Again two persectives; to some the program is/has/soon to have the potential of turning into scam; to me fqom the discussions that i went through, URaise was brought up and from it i learnt how Uinvest really works. From the way i see it, one person did made a bad comment that Uinvest is a scam and the majority of investors followed. Uinvest deals with selling shares worth high(over $100) per purchase from business that real people open. The mistake that people make is by thinking of Uinvest as a Hyip, regular Hyips that offer $1, or $10 minimum deposits. If only people had the real understanding of Uinvest, there wouldn't have been so many bad comments. I think Uinvest will continue to be a legit program.
