Using a mobile phone or a PC computer in trading?

Though it is right that bringing mobile is much comfortable than Laptop due to its smallest size.However, the disadvantage of mobile with me is that, I can't trade in it like the Laptop.If there is a perfect chance for making the profits, so I will obviously miss it due to no MT4 available for trading in mobile.I can only see the rates and news, and can not make the profits using it..

Its disadvantage with mobile phone that not support mt4 platform , we can read candle pattern like as in PC or laptop, and i tghink its just second option for trader ,unfortunately i am never use mobile phone to make transaction and always use my PC to read the market and open order

For me, it's not quite comfortable to use mobilephone for trading if I compared it with trading from laptop/PC. But it's good to be used when you can't stay in front of computer but you need to monitor the chart especially when you must leave your PC in high impact news. You still could get chance to gain profits during high impact news.

The indicators will be available for using only when you can trade in the mobile.If you can't use the MT4 in mobile, so how will you use the indicators?? the biggest disadvantage of mobile, in my view, is that we can't trade in it like we trade in PC or Laptop.And also, this is not the fault of mobile, but this is the fault of company that, they do not develop any software for mobile set..

yes,may be the mobile handling is easy but its best to monitor the trading market from any place but to trade ,its better to use laptop and nowadays i see that very small notebook is available,which is easy to carry and handling also.The USB stick internet connection makes all thing simple .May be the recent tablets can make this more easy if they are having the trading platform downloading and working system.

True the comfort level what i get with the laptop can not be compared to the mobile trading. I some how like the bigger screen for seeing the charts than the small screen of mobile phones Mobiles are good when we need to monitor while traveling or if away from the system.

Of course , because with laptop , we will more wider looking display of screen than use mobile phone , and if we have laptop , we can bring anywhere , and we just need bag to put our laptop , different with computer desktop , we only can use it in our home

Taking Laptop outside with you has one disadvantage that, it will make you busy and anxious outside too.If you are on picnic, and laptop is with you,so your heart will ask you again and again to open the laptop and see the market condition.If your positions will be running into loss, so you will be confused, and as a result, you might not enjoy the picnic too..

its all a matter of interest also as if you are not willing to carry out the trading all the day long,then there is no need to take those laptops .With just mobiles also you can monitor the trading market all the day long but yes if you wish to carry on the trading ,you have to carry the laptop and internet connection.

At least we still can monitored our position , although we in picnic , i think we can give spare time and take a rest a while to concentration with our laptop , i think trader that have long time experience will have conclusion about the market , and if there strong signal can open order to gain profit and preparing their risk too

I agree with you here, that is a creative use of the mobile trading that can never be achieved by using the laptop to trade. We can access and minitor our trades from any location that we might find ourselves.

It is so true. We should have time for rest. A time when we will forget about every other thing and just let our minds refresh. Trading is very brain draining and so a trader needs to rest more than any other person to avoid being stressed. Going about with laptop and monitoring trades all day long won't let us achieve that. As the saying goes " All work but no play makes jack a dull boy"

In this respect, i will prefer using PC so that i can trade comfortably and i can see the graphs in a larger screen. I never tried trading using my cellphone but i do know it is possible that we can trade using it.

Of course, trading with PC will wider in view , but if we have mobile platform , i think it can being second option is we in the trip , but still have opened order , we can monitored everytime , and if we think get exit point we can close order with mobile platform

This is he benefit of having a mobile phone which has internet connection as you can access and monitor your trade. But it can be difficult when you are in a trip. You will still have to analyze things even if you are just monitoring your trades. And it will not be easy if you are among a group of people.

Maybe you right if we in crowd of people , because we will hard to concentration , but at least if we have free time we can take away from crowd of people and stand alone to monitored trading,mobile platform will useful , but if we haven't phone that support platfrom , better before leave the chart we already set stop loss and target point

The two are actually not competing rather the opportunity to also trade with a mobile device serves to compliment that of using a pc. Normally many traders would analyses, chart the market and probably place an order using a pc and would use a mobile device to follow up and monitor the market or open positions with a mobile device from wherever they may be or at whatsoever time!

Differently using PC and mobile platform i guess very much , one of that is about screen width , if we use PC screen is more wider in look , and we can use many custom indicator , but i don't know if we using mobile platform , is there are ever try us mobile platform , is we can use custom indicator too ?

After alot of advice to people using phone to trade some traders doesn't abide to the advice they see phone trading as the easiest way of trading any where any time we feel like even on the go.
However we must get some things right about both technology and life that any thing that is suprior always been suprior while any thing that has low grade always try to meet up.
There for phone trading is not yet so suprior but planing to reach cause the internet connection of phone is still slow or poor for trading.

I guess I have read that there is trading platform for android phones. I guess those will be almost convenient to use just like in PC. It is because most of the android phones were touchscreen so it is not difficult to navigate the different buttons or features of the trading platform.
