Do you have a site? if not then I guess this site is not for you. But to be honest. I don't know if okay or not. But theirs a lot of affiliate site that will give you free personal website to promote their products. So why not use this one to increase traffic right?

If you have a blog or a site, and you like to promote it. Avoid using click exchange programs as you do not get real traffic and google does not like it. Your ranking would also suffer, just my advice.

in this site if a member want to enjoy 1:1 traffic ratio should make upgrade first. free member only get 2:1 surf ratio or in other word, should surf 2 site first before get 1 traffic back. the problem is, to make upgrade need pretty high cost.
