Re: Different e-mail addresses in Alertpay
As I knew, AlertPay only allowed to use one ID for one account so if you opened another account with another email address, it is allowed as long as you used different ID to verify your account.

Re: Different e-mail addresses in Alertpay
Yes! You are allowed to withdraw to the other account but be carefull not to use the previous account to exchange your balance from the newer account because if you are caught using both accounts on same i.P with low interval of time then the accounts might be blocked.

Re: Different e-mail addresses in Alertpay
Yes you will receive payment through your second email address. alertpay alone has that type of an arrangement. I use my second email id to cashout from alertpay. More email ids will protect our account from online hackers. I think you could also use paypal. It is also the best online payment processor. But it does not allow to have more accounts.

Re: Different e-mail addresses in Alertpay
You are completely wrong with your post,i mean only Alertpay having the option of using more than one email.Paypal is also allowing that.Anyone can add another email to Alertpay and use it for payments. It won't affect their account but you need to know that,if your account is not upgraded, you can only use two emails. You can add as many emails as you like if you are upgraded.

Re: Different e-mail addresses in Alertpay
@charlly - what is this upgraded thing? Is that what they say to be verified or is it upgrading like on ptc where you pay money to upgrade? I really do not get that but for me i am using two emails linked on one alert pay just for security reasons.

Re: Different e-mail addresses in Alertpay
Yes, you will still get payment. I believe that during the sending of payment, your main email address will show and that's where the money will be sent. Admin might ask you if it's yours, then you must confirm it.

Re: Different e-mail addresses in Alertpay
There are 3 types of accounts personal starter ,personal pro and business.
If you open a fresh account then you probably chose personal starter. In personal starter the benefits are that you won't be charged any fees for receiving money but there is 400$ monthly limit i guess. You can ofcourse upgrade your account to personal pro there are no fees for upgrading your account.
Verifying and upgrading are 2 different things.

Re: Different e-mail addresses in Alertpay
I think with personal pro account gives you ability to add more email addresses. So it is possible to add more emails to your account. But just make sure that you get your password and secure code is not hacked or else one account leak could lead to issue of all or entire alertpay account compromise.

@ryuken
I don't know but I think that adding more email addresses or alternative emails that can be used for your account is applicable or can be done by any membership types, that is by default as what I am experiencing.I am a Moderator at MyQMall

Re: Different e-mail addresses in Alertpay
Yes indeed @anylopectina that adding of e-mail addresses is already there set by default on all types of memberships. But on non verified and starter it has less limit on number of e-mail addresses that can be added.

Re: Different e-mail addresses in Alertpay
You can use multiple email accounts but it will very easier for you to make any transactions if you use your real account and real name. If you use fake name then in case of any problem, you will find yourself in difficult position to deal with. So I would like to request you to use the real name, address and verify them if you want to make any real and problem free transactions.

Re: Different e-mail addresses in Alertpay
If we make accounts with fake details on the second one then that will be too much of a problem when we are going to withdraw through it due to the name mismatch. But if we are going to exchange it or first transfer it to our real account and withdraw then that would nullify the problem.

Re: Different e-mail addresses in Alertpay
well either of the methods you are recommending i do not suggest them as if alertpay should know of these they will simply freeze one account as if you need a new account simply create another one with your family relative details and new mail of the same detail of your relative
-
Re: Different e-mail addresses in Alertpay
I don't think AP allows this way either.Even if the family details are same,I don't think AP will allow same person to use two accounts at the same time.We are risking our account in both ways making multiple account,so if it is possible we should make use of a single account and if we need another anyhow, then we are simply breaking the rules anyway by making multiple accounts.

Re: Different e-mail addresses in Alertpay
i am not really much familiar with AP. though i have used. i don't know if they use chargeback unfairly like in paypal where the buyer can file a charge back and get the money back . so i still don't have bad experience with AP yet cause i have not used it that much. i just hope that i don't experience those bad things i have experienced in PP.

Re: Different e-mail addresses in Alertpay
I think there will be no problem on that. I personally use my name on my payment processor account but I always stay careful in inputting my password. That is always the key to not being hack.
