Its too bad because bonus was never available for moneybookers users. They increased their fee to 5% a long time ago so you should considered it when you plan to start trading here

betfair also have affiliate program and by joining the Betfair Affiliate Programme member have opportunity to get income in 2 way. first, receive commission on all the players that you refer to Betfair, and second in form of a percentage of the revenue your referral generate or as a one-off (CPA) bounty payment.

All other betting exchangers have affiliate programs. You will earn from your refs losses or from CPA. The rates are very similiar in all these bookies

      Talking Re: betfair - betfair.com

In the next 18th July the premium charges will be increased to 40-60% of your gross profits... It was only 20% before and now they will double this fee. I think many of the big sharks will leave intead of donating half of their profits to betfair

From 18th July 2011 Betfair will be making some changes to the Premium Charge. The current Premium Charge mechanism will remain in place but higher rates may now apply to a very small number of customers (less than 0.1% of annual active customers).
Full details of the changes can now be found on the Betfair Charges page under the About Us section of the website. However, the changes can be summarised as follows:
Customers will only be subject to Premium Charges at higher rates if they satisfy all of the following conditions:
      - Lifetime net profits* exceed £250,000
      - Lifetime commission generated less than 40% of lifetime gross profits
      - Bet in more than 1,000 markets

Customers that satisfy all of the above conditions will be asked to pay Premium Charges at rates between 40% and 60% on all future exchange activity

How will I know if Iím affected?
All customers that satisfy the criteria to incur Premium Charges at higher rates have already been emailed directly by Betfair. Customers who are subject to incur Premium Charges at higher rates in the future will also be notified directly by Betfair in advance of any higher charges being paid.

Why are you making these changes?
The Premium Charge was introduced in September 2008 to ensure that our most consistently successful customers are charged at least what it costs Betfair to provide the service that they ultimately benefit from.
At 20%, the Premium Charge ensures that we are not subsidising the profits derived by consistently profitable customers. However, breaking-even does not allow us to invest in the Exchange to the extent that we need to, in order to keep upgrading our platform and products, for all of our customers. Betfair is now requiring a small number of our most successful customers to pay a fair price for the service provided.

Why not just adjust commission rates so that everyone pays more?
Commission rates are reviewed periodically and have been amended twice in the last six years to reflect what we believe to be a fair and competitive price for the service provided to the vast majority of customers. However, increasing commission rates alone would negatively affect the vast majority of customers for whom the existing commission structure sets prices at a fair level. The higher rates we are announcing today mean we can fairly price the service we provide to consistently successful customers.

Why arenít you increasing the Premium Charge rate that everyone is asked to pay?
The introduction of the Premium Charge was designed to ensure that all consistently successful customers generate in charges at least what has been spent by Betfair to provide the service. However, there is still a very small group of our most consistently successful customers who are not contributing enough towards the maintenance and long-term growth of the betting exchange. The changes to the Premium Charge are designed to ensure that they do so. The current rate of Premium Charge continues to guarantee a fair contribution from the majority of those customers who pay it, and those customers will not be affected by this change.

How will the changes be implemented in practice?
For the purposes of introducing a change to the Premium Charge rate that applies to your betting, we will assume that you have always incurred the Premium Charge at the prevailing rate. For example, if the Premium Charge rate applicable to your betting is now set at 40%, we will assume that you have always paid Premium Charges at 40%. This will ensure that you are considered to have generated total charges equal to at least 40% of lifetime gross profits at the point that the new rate becomes effective.

Any betting exchange charge commissions from your winnings. Without comissions this business wont be sustainable! BTW if they keep increasing the fees their competitors can get more clients if they do not follow their increasing fees tactics...

Don't get it twisted friend, Fgold did not see the entire picture so something is missing in his post! You and I are excluded from the increment! It is targeted only at a small number of Betfair's most successful customers, unless you are also in this category of customers that have made so much profit from Betfair:

Customers will only be subject to Premium Charges at higher rates if they satisfy all of the following conditions:
      - Lifetime net profits* exceed £250,000
      - Lifetime commission generated less than 40% of lifetime gross profits

It will be very easy for us to decide whether to join the site or not if we get the details about the site. The thread above does not actually define about the site. Is it the real paying site or not?

As far as sport betting is concerned, this is the best site and this is not just my opinion ( search the net). They are the one that revolutionized the sport betting industry with their bet exchange platform, by that anyone can be a bettor as well as a bookmaker. The traditional bookmakers have never seized to ask for their heads for bring such advantage to the bettor, but it is a lost battle, Betfair has been around since the year 2000 and waxing stronger each day! This site is the deal for any player!

This is still the best betting site and I already make some money here. Their payout to moneybookers take about 12 hours to processed so don't worry about this site is paying or not. But I rather to choose pinny for my betting cause this site loading slow from my place.

Nope! They don't accept western union! Only MB, neteller, CCs or bank wires! This is a betting exchange so its suitable for trading and scalping in such markets! The profits are never guaranteed and you need to be a good punter to win more than lose

I never know if Betfair has the feature for this too, like trading on Financial Market. But, where is that? I can not find it on the homepage of this Betfair website. All feature is about the Sports Betting and also about the gaming there.

Betfair is a great betting site, from what I have heard so far. But I guess that we, people who live in Eastern Europe cannot take the full advantage of the site. I have found out from my experience that many sites don't have the bonus program for people from this part of Europe. Do you happen to know if this is true in the case of betfair?

that the truth .. you are from Eastern Europe do not have some privileges, or from the Balkans to me .. As for the bonus ..... so I would suggest you bet betting at home that has a really wide number of games and bonuses for members from all over the world, also have fantastic odds
