hehe, i am too, but i choose to hide it. Yes, it help us connected with anyone we love. And hearing something from them really mean alot. It really made us happy when someone greeted us on our birthday even we don't know them. I also do that to my friends who are celebrating their birthday but not to all.

Well my birth day event wasn't fun to me because when the day reached only few of my friends wished me happy birthday that made me so happy but the rest of them seems to ignore it and they are males while the females complied i love the features a lot.

Sometimes i also neglect greeting my friends who are celebrating their birthday. But when i see on facebook that notification i'm starting to greet them. And I don't have the numbers of my few friends so i greeted them on facebook. I hope they'll appreaciate it.

For sure friends appreciate greetings because I do even if the greet is late. I want to believe that they remember me that is why they greet me. This kind of updates from Facebook is useful for people who do not organize the dates mostly the important dates.

yeah, you can post an event there. And your friends will choose if they going to attend or not. And all of your friends can comment on that. And you will be able to know their side about the event.

It becomes an exciting venue for people to get updated from people. Do they able to see the updates when it comes to birthday or anniversary of their friends too? Are these settings can be set throug private and public profile too? This is very useful if you see updates of your friends too when it comes to birthday of mutual friends.

I think the birthdays and the events feature of facebook is really great as we can be reminded of the birthday of our friends. I admit I do not know all the birthdays of all of my friends including old friends and classmates but with the help of facebook, greeting them is easy. For sure, you won't be able to miss anybody's birthday as long as you log in on facebook on a daily basis. and it would just make the birthday celebrant happy because a lot of people remember his birthday.

I don't experienced to received a greetings though it was seems very overwhelming that even you don't know these people they still greet you a happy birthday but me for security reason i don't add my birthday in my profile so, i can protect my account with some people who have some bad intention.

You really can not expect more on males when it comes to having time to share with their friends' birthday, women are more dedicated in their views of sharing their feeling to their loved ones even by just having to say it in notes. It does not mean you are ignored on your day, it is just maybe they are too busy to remember and no time to open their facebook and see whose Birthday is on that day or maybe they have not yet noticed that application.

I do not see the reason why hide your Birthday, we all age in time and with the white hair we got as we grow older for each birthday means a lot of struggles that we managed to surpass and so we should be proud of it otherwise it means vanity. When you have so many friends greeting you on your day is really a feeling that you are special to them and they find way to make the most out of it by just saying Happy Birthday.

Upcoming birthdays on facebook is very important and make it look more fun on there,but sometimes when you post to wish a happy birthday to S/He wall,all you get in reply is that "Its not yet my birthday".
I don't know who's fault it is FB or the Receiver?
