Nice tips actually I drink lots of water on hot days and drink less water in cold days so it depends on me and I think drinking all the day a lots of water is good for our health.

Whatever the temperature is outside, taking proper intake of water is always beneficial. It is always recommended for us to take atleast one to two liters of water per day, or a glass of water for every half an hour whether we like it or not, so as to stay fit.

Benefit #8 is really true. I usually and like to drink alot water all the time, somehow like a habit, and it takes almost a year for me to encounter serious illness/disease. Water is life and without it we would perish.

You forgetted to add that water is also necessary for detoxification because in our body a lot of toxic substance produce and drink a lot of water detoxify these substances.

you can go for weeks without food, but it only takes 6-7 days, in bad weather conditions even less, without water to die. Water is very very important for the human body and it can't and shouldn't be replaced with anything else. lately a lot of articles everywhere have emphasised the importance of water and that alone should tell us a lot. So drink people, drink lots of water, the worse you can get is feeling a little "full".

Well, I actually not drinking water always, but I realized now that it has really benefits in our body and health. Maybe it's the right time now to exercise proper drinking of water so that my body will gain nutrients.

Water really plays an important part in our body. We should not forget that our body needs water all the time in order to function. Since our organs are made of cells and cells live in a water solution, we have to complete or even exceed the required eight glasses a day. It helps eliminate our waste materials. Before, I actually drink a little amount of water per day.. But when I had dengue fever, I realized its great importance. As a result, I little by little disciplined myself to drink plenty of water everyday.
