for that you can simply write your girlfriends phone number. No one can predict that.

I think writing down the password in the paper is not a good idea. I usually save it in the mobile. Most of the time i use the passwords that are easy for me memorize so that i do not have to keep a copy of password.

Dear friend for the secure password you can use alphabet and numeric including special characters like @ ,! #. If you can add these special character then your password is secure.No need to use difficult password. If you forget then use good and strong security answer question which you can remember anytime.If you forget password you can recover your password with security question answer.

I advice those things to the passwords to so it hard to crack and really safe. But if ever you feel you do not want to memorize anything and just those plain information password that is easily remembered for sure you are not that safe. All my mail passwords are all sophisticated ones that i do use on my mails and even on the yahoo is the best password that i use here and its really good that i have that very much secured passwords than a very simple ones on my mail.I do use mixed words with numbers and symbols to make my own passwords and its really serving me well in the site.

We can make password more secured by making password difficult. For example you can put numbers or you can put some indicators an also you can put capital and small letters in password.

i also had the same problem.I used to forget my password and always used to face lots of problem while signing in.I also used to write my passwords on diaries but it also didn't work since i am too careless and finally now i have got an easy way to remember my password but sorry friend i can't tell you that otherwise you will know my password.

it is very important in any site to remember our password otherwise our account can be hacked.Before i used to keep the quotations as my password but i had to face many situation to again make new password through security question and now i only keep numerical values which i never forget.
