I did not get my withdrawal fund by Alertpay.

Cutiekc you are very wise and smart . i have been following some of your posts. good work my friend. i am impressed by your posts. yes i am wondering what happened to the owner of this thread, how did he solve his withdrawal funds eventually!! I have istalled this mybrowsercash program and it is popping with adverts all the time... and i only have about 8 dollars and i am able to withdraw at 20 dollars . CAn somebody tell me if some of you have withdrawn money from this program !? Where can i search for discussions about this program or 20dollars 2surf around here?

Well that's truth cutieKC,the thread starter is no more posting here and has not come by to tell us how he went through the traumma or is the thread starter trying to tell us that his money in Alertpay account is been lost to some other person or what is he trying to prove.Well in that case of the fund Loss,i suspect maybe he/she twisted the account number and the fund got into another person's account.

alertpay is the only one who could help you out here. And it is related to users error. The thing is maybe alertpay will help you. And worse they wont because it a user error. Try calling their customers service.

Its really don't make sense. How can he add his friends bank account in his account? As we can only withdraw if we have a verified account and we can get verified if we submit some personal documents. AP will not going to add his friend bank account at all. And why did he add his friend bank account instead his?

Well as i persive from this thread that alertppay ones they verify a particular account number from someone that's the only one that you is accepted and no other.Then coming to what the thread starter is saying here i think its not really the user error as proposed by leineil that caused the very did we are talking about here.Since it is not possible again to transfer funds with any other account number if not the verified one.

alertpay is very reputed service. they are satisfied their members . some things is wrong . you should contract the alertpay. i think they will fixed your problem . you can freely contract. i wish you will get your money.

They are reputed and there is no doubt about ti. But the genuine issue of not ge tting funds is also not addressed by the alertpay. I think they need to work on those methods in order for us to feel good. I don't know if you noticed it already but my opinion is that credit and debit card input for the alertpay should be opened. I have seen that this way we get more options for the money transfer.

@ ryukyen,though am not using alertopay for any purpose but i know where you are pointing at from here and if there should be a way to get the feature back to use i believe that it will be of great help to the users of the Alertpay account and will always make transactions safer than ever.

I used bank wire transfer. I used my friend's bank account to withdraw fund from my alertpay account. Alertpay says the transaction is completed but I have not got the funds yet. I asked my bank and they said that fund will not be available until alertpay changes the recipients name to my friend. So what should I do now? I am really in big trouble. Does anyone has any solution?

I think that you should't use your friends bank account because Alertpay might think that your account might been hacked because the name appeared on AP didn't match with the name of the bank account you have used to withdraw.

My guy i wish you recover your money but what measures have you taken to ensure the recovery because big processor like alertpay can not just sieze your money like that and like others have already said alertpay has their reputation to maintain so just try and to something and exercise some patience.

I think the best way is to call their support centre because that would be the easiest way to get back your fund or to know if you input the wrong account number,well,this is only the person i know that has such problem so it isn't a big deal to solve.

I don't think theirs some truth on what author of this thread has posted. Because in order to request bank transfer you need to add your bank number first. Now as he say he added his friend bank account. Now do you think Ap is stupid enough to add his friend bank account under his name? So in short how can he use the bank wire features using his friend bank? And why did he not return to this thread and answer our post.

Transaction of funds from alertpay to wire bank account has been pending for some years now in which they promise to bring back the feature.however if you transfer funds during the time the accept wire bank account transfer and you don't get it and the money have been deducted from your account.i think the firsting to look on is may be you mistake with the account email and it cause loosing of your fund.

If you doesn't get your transfer or withdrawl fund from alertpay it might be of two ways may be you transfer to a wrong account or some one have withdrawl the fund from where you transfer to before you get there cause any fund debited by alertpay as been propably send.

I think the best thing is to call their support team as they will trace the origin of this problem to know what really happened if somebody already got the fund or if it was a kinda error because it can't just happpen for no good reason.

Alertpay are just full of complications, it's disheartening seeing the way they treat their subscribers, it's unfair, atimes they force me to believe they are scamming their client, but it's not far from the truth.

Actually if you read the authors post you will going to know from the start that its bogus post. Second the author of this thread does not even come to visit this thread anymore so I guess its useless to give advice if he don't even bother to check our post.
Anyway.
My suggestion is that its better to use verified AP exchanger if we really want to withdraw our funds. Its better than nothing.
