have you seen this software platform.. nice to have this.. i saw it in the internet while i am searching my assignments.. you can use it in your cable and satellite tv.. and it works as google search.. its so amazing.. now a days.. weren't we know that Google creates again an amazing tool that we can use in our daily lives...

I don't know if that platform is going to be available over the world. Currently it is only available on US and Canada right now. soon it'll go over other nations and as popularity increases. One more point about this platform is that the ads and content is likely to be using internet and that way more data is going to be shared on google server, not good thing.

so this platform just for US? why google just limited to US only?? remember they using satelite right?? i think they able to recover all country around the world..hmm maybe google bit confuse to manage the chanell??

Hmm, I don't know this kind of platform of Google, never heard of it at all, looks like another interesting features are now on it's process on the other countries, I just hope that soon, it can be available on the other countries like here in mine.

They are limited to US because each country has its rule for broadcasting channel to public in respective country. So there are legal works and things to tackle. That is what google wants to avoid and so they're only targeting US as of now. WHo knows they may go to other countries if legal works gets out of the way.

Hmm, well if that happens then that would be great! Even the other features of Google like music and Google voice can now accessible on the other country specially here in Asia. Google TV sounds really interesting.

You can access google voice and music in aisa ? That's news to me. Do you know any method through which you're accessing it. Or you're using any type of proxy for it. I think using proxy often gives bad result for the sound or even download speed. So not sure if the same is possible here in asia. In fact it is hard to use proxy for these services.

@ryuken, nope, sorry for the words, but what I mean is " if that happens " those features will be availabe on our country, and if it does, then all of use could get the benefits using the service, specially here in my country. I tried accessing Google music from some country but it didn't work well, like the way I try to use Google voice, it also failed.

I think it is not a big problem if this platform still available in the US and Canada. I believe this is a good thing to start the service there.. And by the time, it will go worldwide, as everything becoming global faster now..

Well there are some folks who can use IPTV using online internet service. That way it is possible that google tv channel could go on in other countries. But i don't know what is their inclination behind work and i don't know if theyre worth keeping tab of. So better to look for IPTV without spending money on them.

I agree with ryuken. I don't think the feature will be available all over the world. Even if the google tv comes out in market, it will only be available over few countries or regions. But I hope the feature will be available to all parts of the world. It will be so cool to use such applications.

I don't know this one. Will it work in any country? I don't think so. Because that would be like a global satellite for signals, etc. Probably applicable only with US or first world countries, as much as other services do.

Wow is this like an online streaming or actually a real television cable or satellite which provides some signals so we could watch at home? If this is so i think it will not be available here on the philippines because we are third world. I guess this will be on the developed regions.

More like online streaming in case of IPTV but for US users it is going to be like cable channel and will be given by either ISP and maybe even by satellite. So most of the time google tv will use other services and resource for the work but i don't know their internal working because they have no released it as of yet.

i see this Google TV now only available for US and Canada member but i am sure later it will be used in many country, as long as you have television in you house.., well with this one we will get so many user experience in entertainment and fun. where we can surf the internet while watching the TV shows, and many others

Google TV? I have never heard of that and I go on Google website everyday! How do you get Google TV. I think it would be interesting. Since I am not from the US or Canada, that is probably why I have not seen this kind of thing. I really do hope it will be available in more countries once it becomes popular and successful!

Hmmm... I dont know that therez a google t.v. I guess its not available in my country. But its good to have google t.v, i can watch t.v in pc now. Hehe ahm, iwanttv is also a nice site to watch t.v shows.

It's available in all country and Google TV available with Sony LCD service. Generally Google is serving service with other electronics company like Sony, Panasonic for TV as internet and search on TV for live streaming. So is kind of fun to watch the movie as a online and enjoy the other shows without missing also.

oh so you mean its available in internet t.v of sony? coz i really dont know bout that. Guess i need to search it in google.
