Too many country's PayPal users can't send Personal payment to India like US/UK/Australia/France/Jordon and more. Can you tell me the total country's list who are unable to send PayPal Personal to India.

Check it out the following countries are limited for sending/receiving the funds https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/websc.../terms-outside .Since you are from India then problem will still coming and it will never gone stop.

I think paypal still do not have some means to accessing india or might be your government rules and the terms of paypal are conflicting each other's. Or this might be for other reasons.

I thought that this thread was about the sending limit. Hmm, so far those are the countries that are common to me. One solution for that is to send by mass payments, just accept the fact that you will get fees for doing it.

send mass payment?? im never do that my friend..are with this one we can bypass the limit and can send personal payment to India user?? this is really bad if we are the buyer and seller from India we can't bought that stuff if we do personal to personal not a business..

India is not in their list until now. They have their own reason for not reaching India until now. We can't blame them if their not offering their services to this country because I think it is their own way of being safe. Anyway, India can use the other E.commerce.

Yes, i think they have a very good reason why they restrict some countries. They always think about the security and they always make sure that their clients funds is safe. I love paypal service and i just feel sorry for those country that have their restriction.

That's just how PP works buddy. And I knew recently that India can actually use PP but they are just given 7 days to withdraw their funds in their bank account. They don't allow Indian users to save their funds in their account.

Yes they are allowed to use paypal and the 7 days restriction will give them a head ache I think it is very unfair for them and i really don't know the reason why do they have to do this. 7 days is really a short time and if you only have $10 on your account you can't even get that because you can't even reach the minimum.

Yeah, that really is unfair to Indian users. So low earners won't benefit in using PP since they can't reach the payout. And we can't blame PP too since they are just following bank guidelines. Just bad.

i agree with you need some documents and of course a prove a capability before you can get a credit card whereas in vcc you just need a reliable seller and it will only take 12 hours or less to get a vcc

In paypal personal payments. there are always limit and it is low most especially if you are not verified. To get out or to get higher limits for personal account on giving payments you could verify it or upgrade account.

I agree with you, the limitation of unverified paypal account is very low if you want to have a higher restriction value you must verify your account. And having a verified account is really a big advantage especially for those people that do business online and also for those people who earns money online.

I guess only a few are reaching that big limit on the payments but actually it is hard to reach the limit as for me but we also need verification to withdraw our funds so it is still a required thing.

Well I am an Indian Paypal user. I have total balance of $9.85 cents and I havent withdrawn yet. It is more than 1 week in my account. Its still there as payout is atleast $10 and I have verified using Bank account So it may take time to withdraw. But there are no limits.

Well I guess you need to collect more paypal funds so you can transfer it. I guess you also get fee if you make transfer for that small amount. In my country I will get $2 fee if my transaction are below $170 but if I transfer more than that I will not get any fee and also only take 2 or 3 days to process it.

I'm not sure what other countries but maybe india itself has the transaction restrictions so even any other countries are not be able to transact with indian paypal users..

That is usually the limit that is with the unverified accounts here, but if we plan to make it higher we could then make verification on our account so we could lift that up into higher amount.

Yes, that is the unverified paypal account limitation. I think it is time for you to get that paypal account verified if you want to store some more funds on your paypal account and also to get it in your bank account.

I feel that lifting the limitation will mean of having a safe, easier use of paypal and even will have lesser issues in paypal. By verifying it there is a high percentage of having no problem when we have now large funds in our paypal account. So it is advisable to have those verification process.
