Re: have you filed a dispute claim?
Not yet but someone did against my account. It was ParaMOney.net, a ptc site that used its technique to scam people. At first, they give instant transfers then they repute it back saying they didn't allow the transaction thus an account of mine got limited.

Re: have you filed a dispute claim?
it is not allowed any more to use our paypal money to invest in hyip or ptc. you should have not told them that you were doing it as your account got limited. before i was doing some exchanges with another member , that member filed a dispute though he got my money already . I cannot tell the staff of paypal that i was doing payment processor exchanges' because it's against the rule. so i just kept quite and didn't tell them the other member did abuse the dispute system.

Re: have you filed a dispute claim?
I have not tried filing a dispute yet on paypal but I had once in AP too bad it did not worked out the way that I am planning it, Its seems these processor would rather stick to those scammers rather than us users

@kyriousrobert
Well, I was naive back then. They only filed a repute for a few cents though. And I believe I still have the chance to recover my account if I verify it, right? So, there's no point crying over it although right now, I'm using another PayPal.

Re: have you filed a dispute claim?
Do not think that these processors are taking the scammers' side. 'Cause the mere fact that we are all money in online industry, of course we must be also considerate that these processors might be going on too many transactions that's why they cannot process all at the same time. i also filed in AP but not yet here in PP, and until now I haven't received my money. But still I'm hoping that I'll receive it. But I think, when you file a dispute in PP, they are quicker than AP does.

Re: have you filed a dispute claim?
Well, I have not tried this feature of Paypal but, I wish I did when my payment in Onbux got delayed for a long time. Maybe, I would have gotten some $40 from that PTC if I did.

Re: have you filed a dispute claim?
I haven't filed a dispute but i know paypal handles out disputes very well although you might not end up on winning everytime. But if the customer files a dispute then the sellers account is frozen and refunds issued unless any proofs are given. Also disputes are handled very well especially if there's a ebay transaction.

Re: have you filed a dispute claim?
Yes, only won a dispute once because for the others, those scammers posted proofs virtually, which are fake, and Paypal recognized it as a legit proof that's why I can't do anything about it. Lost $100+ overall due to this bad system.

Re: have you filed a dispute claim?
Sometimes possible we will get dispute back, but if person who not going to make dispute he/she will sure gone exchange the money with other person . PayPal have some system to check the person who not refunded the money to exchanger and is account can be frozen too. All depend on PayPal to send the dispute amount or not.

Re: have you filed a dispute claim?
Yes, I once made a dispute about the site not giving me the upgrade membership but charge the payment to my PP account. In just a minute I guess, the money was sent back to my account. Thanks to PP, they really are a good provider of securing money online.

Re: have you filed a dispute claim?
But I just feel sad that some buyers in ebay were abusing the charge back option . Although they have received a product is working in good condition some buyers would be filing a charge back. making the seller to be obligated to gives back the payments although they have given the products already
