What are the Trading Platforms you know

I think there are a lot of trading platforms in the web but i will only tell you what I like this are the metatrader 4 and streamster. Metatrader is a very well known platform used almost all traders are using it especially the version 4. Streamster on the other hand is the platform of marketiva they make it as easy as posible for the newbie trader.

I only knew few types of trading platform, they are : metatrader4 (this is platform which I like the most), metatrader5 (I don't like this because I don't know how to use it), streamster (it's not user friendly) and java platform trading (it's similiar like streamster). I think many brokers which used metatrader4 as their platform now.

I only know about two trading platform, which are mt4 and mt5. I have not used the mt5 so i cannot comment on that. I use only the mt4, all brokers that i have ever seen and traded with use mt4 and it gives me all the results that i need.

in fact there are many trading platforms and not only MT4. and for a trader should know all these platforms, there is Zulutrade platform, Alpari station platform, streamster platforms, FXCM station platforms and more with advantages and disadvantages of each. and do not be squirt it with just knows metatrader.only.

wow you have mentioned a lot of trading platforms there. none are familiar only mt4 I think there is a platform also for etoro am I right?. Some of the brokers prefer to make their own trading platform which they think its an advantage to their customers who want to trade.

There is now a current trading platform that i discovered. It is offered by a few brokers. It is a web based platform and we can just log in and start trading. Uwcfx is one of the brokers that i know that offers it.

are you referring to the webtrader platform of uwc that you can log in using only the web internet no need to download and install metatrader on other computers? Yeh it really convenient since you do no need to kill your time just to install the software its still the same also.

@ Nehmer : Yes, it is web trading platform that i`m talking about. It is efficient since there is no need to start downloading and installing trading platforms in our computer. I think it may also not have too many requotes like a normal mt4 platform.

If there is no requotes but if the transaction that we made automatically open and close although the price is moving and it will be taken in worse position direcly, that is not good too. Sometimes requotes will be better but seems like trading platform from website directly is so simple.

I do not know whether there are one click trading in these web trading terminals. I will try and find out since it will equally make trading more and more easy.

That's not good if there is no requotes but it will take the price automatically, it was same with automatically requotes. If requotes, we must set deviation as parameter to measure we accepted position of price when there is difference in pips but this system will be automatically accept all deviations. It's not good too..

What do you mean with their own platform, I think all platforms although same metatrader will be different too each broker but it could be classied as same mt4 platforms. Is it completely different platform or only different version of mt4? As I knew, there are only mt4, java based platform, and web platform.

he meant that that some of the brokers have their own trading platform like marketiva they have streamster not all brokers just use metatrader 4 as their platform there are some that build their own for the benefit of their traders.

Mt5 trading platform is popular in the trading world, but no one uses it. I say that it is popular because in all forms, people discuss about it.
But i hear that it is not user friendly and finally it does not perform hedging.

Thanks for explanation, as I knew only Marketiva which made its own platform but I think that could be classified as java platform. But as I knew, mostly brokers will provide platform which is used by mostly traders because it will be more user-friendly for traders and traders could trade without problem in them. Mostly brokers used mt4 because this platform which I think is the most popular platform.

Mt4 is the most popular trading platform right now in forex trading. It reached the expectations of all their customers and up till now, i have not yet heard any complain about it from their customers.

It's not only the most popular in traders but also it is the most favorite to be used by traders, that's informations which I got from some testimonials and sharing opinions from mostly traders because with mt4, they can use many kinds of unique indicators which can't be used in other platform.

metatrader is the most popular platform for forex traders, I've heard of a web platform, and do not need to install on ownr computer only use the facility on the website

Yes, I like to use mt4 more than another trading platform because I can use many indicators in here which I can't find out in other trading platform. And also, many tutorial sites which I got as sources, gave example with mt4 platform so it's easier to use mt4 than another platform.
