      Best sleep timing..

      Many says that 6-7 hours of sleep is enough for a person. Please suggest me what is the best time at night to sleep and best time to wake up accordingly. I always sleep late and my days become lazy because of this reason...

      10pm-6am is best time to sleep. It makes the body feel fresh and bring positive vibes.It helps you to work whole day with full energy.

      the best period of time for sleeping is 10 pm to 4 am, because waking early in the morning is good for health and 6 hours of sleep is adequate.

      i think the best time for sleep is 10pm- 5am. it is very useful to get early in the morning. it feels fresh and bring positive effects on our body.

      The best sleeping time depends on the age. For adults it's ok 8 hours. And it's good to fall asleep between 22-23 hours.

      I think best time is 11PM to 6AM. I like getting up early in the mornings, having a little quiet time to myself

      When i see this thread and i really i want to share my experience Normally 7 to 9 hours is good for health, Best time is 10:30pm to 5 :30am and wake up early.

      I think it is totally depends on age. but basically 6-7 hours are ideal duration for sleeping.........................................

      Sleeping time is depends on age. 6 to 8 hours sleep is needed daily to make you fit healthy and fit. I also read a blog about sleep position and the left side position is the right way to sleep instead of right side and straight.

      I think 6-7 hours WITHOUT interruption is enough. I have read that the best sleep is at 2-3 0'clock at night. You can get up early in the morning and go to bed earlier, it is better that going at 12 and getting up at 9 for example. You should sleep while it's dark.
