Exces of Sugar, Salt and Fat
How much do you eat/use on food ?this might be nocive to your brain, diabet, and much worse if they are used in big quantities ! tell me !

i`m using all of there not quite in big quantity ! but still i`m using them by how much i need

I don't know if I ate too much on sugar, fat or salt because I'm not concern for that. I'm eating foods what I want without noticing it, that's why I don't know if I'm healthy or not.

I am not sure if I am being excess with all that. Sometimes when I am eating I totally forgot anything about excessive, as long as I enjoy my meal. but I am aware that I do eat excessively that kind sometimes so I am aware, but there are times I taken it for granted. Excessive salt can lead to kidney problem, excessive fats gives problems with our hearts and other nerves that transmit blood, it makes them hard to do their job inside our system. Excess sugar can lead to diabetes so I am aware of this.

I think there should be one limit to eat all these things or everything moreover the excess of eating may cause any other problem for you or heart problem.

Excess sugar,salt and fat consumption is dangerous to the body.They can lead to diseases like high blood pressure,stroke,obesity and diabetes just to mention a few.I personally avoid taking sugar,excess salt in the diet by avoiding the frequent consumption of beverages and drinks that are not made from fruits.I take fresh fruit juice.Avoid taking meat and take chicken,sea food like cray fish,lobsters.
Take note of what you eat,not just craving for certain foods.This is because you are what you eat.
