I check the site and i see that the pay per click is too low, the rate is 0.001 to 0.007. Are there any ads appearing when you finish clicking the 4 standard ads and you login again on the site.

Its like their click rate is too low that is why many members refuse to join them so the admin has to do something about it to aviod loss of members
