Debt company has my money!!!!!!

My debt were getting out of hand so i decided to go to a debt consolidation company for help! After nearly a year they are still mising payments to my creditors. i spoke to the debt company on tuesday 17th! and was advised that the £580 they had not paid could either be sent to my creditors or i could cancel and get the money back. i chose this option due to the hassel i have had with them. i was advised that i would get my money by friday (20th) afternoon! I have now been told that the MD who has to give me my money back cannot be contacted today and i will have to wait untill monday! i feel i am just being fobbed off! any advise on what i can do? thank you and sorry its so long!!!

1) You and your wife enter a bank with a picture of the car you want. Let them know you intend to pay 7k on the car upfront and you need them to finance the rest. Regardless of whatever payment they set you at, you'll pay 1k/month towards it and pay it off as fast as possible. By only putting 7k down, you'll still have $1000 in savings for emergencies.

You just have to ask for your money in strong voice. It seem that they are taking your problem too lightly as if trying to neglect it so you can just talk to them in proper convincing way.

first i do suggest you to talk with them seriously in convencing way for the payment, if they ignore then do take legal support and help from the law to get back your money.
