Don't you think rates here are kinda low?. Anyway having a no minimum payout feature would really attract clickers to join them i think. But if they require members to invest in order to cashout,then i think im not gonna consider to join this one.

Well its true the earning rate here is quite low but you have to agree that it's not much of a problem when there is no minimum payout and the members can request their money whenever without any tension of whether they will be paid or not. I am just wondering why the site is down and if it will be up again? Or whether it has gone down for now?
