How to trade on News

I am just learning Forex for two months. I am playing with $500 live account.

I have little bit conception on Technical Analysis. But I do not understand how to do Fundamental Analysis. I have heard the name of ************, DailyFX and ForexPros. I gone thorough these site. They are really informative.

As for example, I have read lots of review saying EUR/USD is going to find support @1.3900. They all recommend sell......

At FF, I have gone through the news release of USD "New Home Sales" at 1400 GMT. It says that

Actual > Forecast = Good for currency

They forcasted= 305K
Actual was = 323K

So USD must be stronger than EUR.
But Why real market shows that EUR is now more stronger than USD?

Could you kindly explain in details...

We must have the skills to be able to understand those news and then only we will be able to take the advantage. It is just like that the golden eggs are laid out and you have to just hatch them
