We want to earn fast. We want to have money fast without considering its risks. For example, you have $100 in your forex account, then you sell it and gives you back $200. Then later, there's an event showing that more. You waited to earn your money more, unfortunately, you lost it. Greed is to blame here. Greedy forget us to think well. We want fast without considering its effects.

I don't know much about trading gold, but 200% return a day? Don't think that even that alone is already too much to be called "greedy." What do you think?

That's too much profit if that's our goal in trading gold. I can't imagine a trader that will focusing to make here 200% profit for that gold trading because we know how risky it is and how difficult to trade on it. Just imagine that they are trying to see a light in darkness. Greed is therefore should avoided by traders.

You can double your money if the chance permits. In eur/usd I experience that to so I know its possible doubling your money in just one to two days. the secret is trade using the biggest lot allowed and wait for reversal. Once theirs a reversal you can double your money without any problem. But that does not come too often but if it did its really good to double your money.

I can say beening greedy in forex doesn't have much infect in our trading but it limit our gain in the market and i can also prescribe it to beginners so that they will not loose much of their fund if they are investing in big on each trade.

If its a gain then don't limit it. In forex trading you must maximize the gain that you are getting. Strategy is what make use earn profit. This greed problem is just by product of ignorance of strategy. If you have good strategy I'm sure you will going to maximize profit with out taking too much risk. Because that's what strategy is. Most of us always blame greed for loses. But actually its our lack of knowledge on how to trade in forex that make use loss money.

I think to address the nature of greed in ourselves better before we determine trading profit target that we want to trade but do not reach the target was too big and we have to be consistent with profit targets we have set it

About the Greediness, there are so many articles and many threads talking for this thing already. And simply, the core of the conversation is about the same thing here. Greed is the basic thing as the human emotion and this is not good to use it on Forex Trading here.

i don't think they ought to be greedy in foreign exchange or in life. greed is definitely bad. they ought to be grateful with what they already have so probably best to lock in those profits right away when they see them.

i would say control your greed and put stop loss order in your all trades , that is the only way where you can safe your deposit , if you make mistakes in your analysis , only stop loss is an option for staying in the market .

I think just to put a stop loss on perdaganagan we still will not be able to control our greed for stop loss is only useful to minimize the risk of our trading and most importantly, we must determine the benefits that we want to trade because we have our profit target and lock by placing a take profit then it will make us can not do greedy by trying to take advantage of many more

If i will tell you in my seance then i will say you that greed is not good for any thing. i think we all should give up the greediness. It will harmful for yourself and also for the others. So for this we should leave the greediness.
