The image shows how my account is. I have wthdrawn a lot from my account and now i have no time to go on. I have been one of the very first to join this site, Ryan (the admin) knows me. My account has the old settings, so you don't have to do anything to be able to withdraw, just make good posts and reach 100 points.
You don't have to do anything to get approved, this is already approved.
