It is also very important to know that generally brokers do not return spread to traders, but if they a part of rebate project that a trader can get back at least part of his spread.

Its a given fact that theirs no rebate on spread as its the way most of the broker site earn. Also they some times even charge commission fees when you going to request payments.
I don't think theirs really an issue about spread as most of broker sites has almost identical spread also.
