Why does Google even care?

In case of adsense the amount between publisher and theme is 39% for google for text and image ads. In case of search ads they're getting higher revenue of about 49%. So they don't care about users, there is more money involved in it than anything. That's the reason behind their so called caring.

This is very common among bloggers and webmasters/web owners. As you may know, Google PR (page rank) is very important for all of us, right?

So, yeah. Here's my question to everyone who might know the answer. Why does Google care with people making money online?

Of course, Google really cares with people who make money online - that's why they created Adsense and Adwords! Right?

Recently though, there has been reports that Google WILL *hate* you if you buy or sell links in your site. I don't quite get this.

Bloggers are getting 'scared' and aware of this act and Google might really *hate* you if you try and do this (sounds like smuggling!) and there are even severe cases when you get lower rankings in the search engines itself?

So what do you think?

Is this for real or is it just some sort of mixed up or over exaggerated terms??

I have already witnessed one (not really in action or in live camera. LOL) but one of my friend's PR dropped low because of selling ads with TextLinkads dot com and I am also actively participating in another program similar to this.

Even though my google adsense is cancelled, I get alarm by this because I do get Google is trying to imply. What do they mean when they said selling links in your site. Is there a rule for this one. I hope Google let the public be aware of this first.

I did experienced my google pr rank drop drown from 3 to 1. And i suspected what caused this is when i put a text sell link in my blog. I have read that this is one of the causes why pr goes down. So i immediately remove it will wait if google will bring back my ranking.

Guys, what do you mean by text sell link? is this the same as ads that Google show in our blog, below or above a blog articles? Haven't experience being on the rank, so sad.

Google became popular because of the fact that they provide high quality search results notwithstanding whether it is paid or not. if google would display only paid sites on top then they would be just like yahoo.

For sure there are lots of revenue they get from other sites. On the other hand, Google is showing to users that they can really earn through Adsense because maybe that is their way to earn passive income too.

Google cares for us. They give us free services for us to keep updating ourselves online using these services. There they gain money but attracting advertisers due to our active participation on their products. They care by giving us opportunities to earn like in adsense.

They care for us because it has a load of products available for free. There are many users patronize or support the site and they continue to be innovative when it comes to their products. All of the products they offer are very useful for us.

Up to date google still cares for us that why new product that can benefit us always come up so that users can feel good and not lacking anything in the internet world. So by this they attract advertisers and members also which makes them more money and gives them more ability to make users happy by caring to give them the best they can in the internet

New products which are been made by them aren't just because of their caring or the 60 percent of the aim is to satisfy users but 40 percent of it is just for caring while 60 percent of it is for making more additional income and also moving more higher.

If they really care, I hope they will provide other earning sites besides Adwords and Adsense. Maybe an earning site that is easy to do but the earnings are low. I really hope they pay their users from using Google as their browser.

Yes you are a little bit right, if that the truly care just like we have stated in this thread, i think earning opportunities will be many for those who uses google services. They adsense now is not yeilding much income nowadays unless you are the type that has up to thousands of traffic to your site but still dosent make you rich. So for now i dont see much caring from them as their main aim is to make money

I do believe that you will not earn a thousand bucks from Adsense, but the earning is really true. In that way Google had proven their users that they care. Some of the programs are for free, some are with options of payment and there are programs that you can earn. You just have to choose what you are needing.

They should add some earning site also not only Google Adsense, but i guess they will come up with that many people still earning a lot from Google Adsense.. yes the earning is really true, that's possible for someone to earn thousand of bucks from adsense those popular sites nowadays especially those site on the top results.

Do you know that many give up their adsense. It is hard to explain to people that they can really earn to Adsense, because a little earning to them means they have to give up because there is nothing will happen. i choose Adsense over mylot. For the meantime, Google is offering only Adsense, I do not have knowledge about Adwords but i know in the future they will come up with another earning opportunity.

Since google is making it huge in the market table they have to create many earning opprtunities that will boast their program and likewise give them more gain as users will also earn by doing some certain things. I think google is using us to make huge money everyday and it will be nice to open another earning ways apart from adsense

They using us but we are using Google also though not much about to earn but in some aspects it's more than the money... we used the services for free.. and it benefit most of us especially Google Adsense. Just like you guys i'm also using Adsense but my earnings per day is just a few cents.. that is better than nothing. but yes, there's a lot of blogger who gave up adsense.

Google cares in many more ways mostly on how they treat their members and what products they provides for its members,because if they shouldn't,being the best search engine of the best internet asistance does not mean that there members can't move to yahoo whereby google loss traffic.

Yes, google always care, and they need to, they always want to provide the things that is needed by their user, they will always keep you up to date, if something went wrong , for sure google will fix it as soon as possible, they don't want to loose some users, that's why they always care.

My experience about make money through search engine can be said to be too beginner. but that's not what I want to talk about, I like google because google is connected to all the sites that we do not need to memorize the address of the site. and because it helped me a lot of work without me having to search a suitable site
