Re: corporte bonds
these types of bonds are usualy risky and always should be considered with some limit. i think yearly limit of these bons can be good but more than year can not be good. so surely this is something you should consider while investing into high profit corporate bons or mutual funds.

Re: corporte bonds
A corporate bond is a bond issue by a corporation. It is a bond that a corporation issues to raise money effectively in order to expand its business.[1] The term is usually applied to longer-term debt instruments, generally with a maturity date falling at least a year after their issue date. (The term "commercial paper" is sometimes used for instruments with a shorter maturity.)

Re: Corporate Bonds
A debt security issued by a corporation and sold to investors. The backing for the bond is usually the payment ability of the company, which is typically money to be earned from future operations. In some cases, the company's physical assets may be used as collateral for bonds.
Corporate bonds are considered higher risk than government bonds. As a result, interest rates are almost always higher, even for top-flight credit quality companies.

Re: Corporate Bonds
Corporate bonds, i.e. debt financing, are a major source of capital for many businesses along with equity and bank loans/lines of credit. Generally speaking, a company needs to have some consistent earnings potential to be able to offer debt securities to the public at a favorable coupon rate. The higher a company's perceived credit quality, the easier it becomes to issue debt at low rates and issue higher amounts of debt.

Sometimes, the term "corporate bonds" is used to include all bonds except those issued by governments in their own currencies. Strictly speaking, however, it only applies to those issued by corporations. The bonds of local authorities and supranational organizations do not fit in either category.

Re: Corporate Bonds
Corporate bonds are popular among investors, typically offering lower risk and higher income than shares.
A new route to investing direct in companies' bonds has been opened up in recent years, and firms such as Tesco and National Grid have offered tempting income returns. Meanwhile, many corporate bond funds have done better than expected as interest rates have stayed lower for longer.
