there are a lot of ways to lower your cholesterol, starting for the food you take, you should be more concern with that, it should be like free of cholesterol always, and the cooking oil that you use it should have have no cholesterol in it, and regular exercise is also good.

I read out you posts and i agree with your review. We should be keep control cholesterol of the body.Because it is very dangerous for good health.If your cholesterol level increase your body than you should be eating the chocolates.

Yes friend you are absolutely true. I also think that exercise can care many diseases and helps to control cholestrol. This is the best method so i think fat person also must do this exercise. I think that exercise help everyone positively.

cholesterol makes your really bad effect on your health it can make you fat or due to cholesterol you can suffer from asthma so to avoid this do really exercise,,,eat low fat food drink lots of water,,,,,,thank you...
