      well friend i suggest all friend and peopl heavy weight and more fat is common problem of human being.we must eat our daly food without fat calorie and more protine able food.all person must get up every day early in the morning and breath fresh air go to the yoga or any exercise for good health all ways use lemon and honey for energy and fat less.that can control your weight and it can bring healthy.

      most of people i see the problem of fatness in their body...and their weight problem.Over weight is really harmful for the health.It gives the lots of pressure to our health.To control the weight we should not eat over.We should exercise daily and yoga.By controlling weight we can improve our personality and positive impact into our life.

      stop eating oily food and control your weight otherwise weight will control you and you will not be able to live a happy life if you want to enjoy your life balance your diet or it will create health problems in the long run
