So what can you say about this one, is it valuable anymore since Google owned Youtube? How does it helps you? Is it useful since we can also search the videos we want directly to Youtube? Anyone wants to share their comments are free and allowed.

I often use Youtube for searching and viewing videos. I think that both of them will have the same results since we already know that google owns youtube. So for me, It's better to use youtube.

That's also what I'm thinking but as I tried to use this features it also shows some irrelevant result and also gather from different sites. And besides all the videos that you are looking are also there in Youtube, but the drawback of this site is the partial part of the videos and that's the advantage of Google videos.

Of course, I still use youtube than google videos. Google videos load slowly, and those videos here don't have really good quality compared to youtube. There are only a few users who use google videos. Videos are not as many compared to youtube.

I agree, but the advantage that I can see is you can watch a full movies or videos in here unlike to Youtube where you watch some videos partially. I searched and watched here the movies that I really want to then download it with the 3rd party application.

Does the quality of the videos being played on google videos good? I am using youtube and I used to adjust the quality everytime I play a video there. I used to turn the quality into 720p and higher on the part beside the progress bar of the player.

Google videos gather all the videos from different site also youtube, metacafe, and other different streaming and uploading/downloading sites
it's still depends if the users upload if it has a high quality or not, Google will just do his work to find what you are looking for. And your part is to pick and try what is the best.

i don't use google video because first i don't like to see video streaming i prefer download and see them in my pc second i don't like short video and every time i search the longest video i get is 8 min

@jamal258, are you sure? I've tried a lot of times Google video and I can say it's average, and about the length of the video that you mention, I think we're different on what we have experience because I already search a whole length movie with these features of Google.

oh yes you are right about the length of video it been a wile that is google video after that i "saw" you're post i am now checking google video
i think there is some improvement but it still need more

Yes there is with the help of the third party, or an applications, you can use internet download manager to download the videos on Google or in youtube, no need to copy link or url, it'll automatically detect the videos and you'll notice that there's an pop up green asking download on the top of the videos, so just click it and wait till it complete the download. I also download the video that I've searched on it with that application. Hope it helps.

Try orbit downloader. I'm using this application to download videos. It's a good downloader and I know that it can be used also in google videos. Regarding the quality, of course there are still videos there that have good/high quality. But I'm not sure if it's fast in buffering. I haven't tried download any videos from google, 'cause I still prefer youtube.

As we can noticed most videos that Youtube shows has less duration, I haven't found any videos or movies that is complete to watch but often times it is partially while you can search some videos on Google completely set and ready to watch instantly with just one clicking and let it stream till the movies end.

@ girlaloosh, thanks for info. I use youtube downloader in downloading videos so let me try that. Most videos on youtube are just clips so these are very short and easy to download.

I bet you haven't tried to use Internet download manager before, but I can say it's more easy to use than the other downloading application specially on youtube and Google videos, I often used this application for it's giving me a less effort if I want to download the videos because the option are already there saying "Download video" and if you click it, it'll just automatically download the video. This is what I used in downloading the movies the Video I've search from Google.

lol you are right my friend..if we are using a IDM we can download video easily like you said..we will found "Download this video" in the corner of video page..i just imagine why youtube not allowed us to download the video directly from their site?? are you guys know about the reason?

Hmm, on that case I'll try to search for it some times, but I guess it's really confusing why we are not allowed to do so. Well atleast there's a chance that we can download them through the use of the third parties software. Every time I need to find some videos that wasn't on Youtube, I mean is complete and not partial because I know it's there, I used to search through Google videos, though it makes me difficult some times, at least I can still get the video that I'm looking for. But honestly, sometimes your result will turn to zero.

im not understand why youtube is not allowed that to download..are the reason is because copyright material?? but in the fact there lot of people using third party in download video from youtube..why youtube not block that system using java script?? i think youtube can do that and youtube was know many people download their video using third party..i will be really happy if youtube have the download system for sure..so we can enjoy the videos without must streaming again
