I think this is VERY IMPORTANT as many users are being affected:

I got my JBP account blocked today, with these messages:
"It is not possible to buy positions for this account." when I try to buy positions.
"It is not possible to withdraw money from this account." when I try to transfer money from JSS-Tripler to JSS.

I went to the conference room and I found many users on the same situation today.
We found we have one thing in common: we all requested to withdraw part of the $45 from the glich, and our withdraw requests got a "pending" status after 24 hours, and our JBP accounts got blocked.

So, it seems that everybody who requested to withdraw all or part of the $45 is getting their JBP account blocked after 24 hours, probably because the JBP script automaticaly thought that the person funded the account with $45 and requested to withdraw it without using it inside JBP, as that is against the Terms of Service.
But the $45 came from the glich and not from our payment processor, and their script was not smart enough to detect it!

If your are in this same situation PLEASE REPLY to this thread so we can hope that they fix this issue faster and unblock our accounts.

Well. First and foremost, you should check your account before withdrawing money from JBP. You know that it was a glitch and you know that it is not your money so don't take it from the program by means of withdrawing it because you will really got a problem to that. I have used the $15 only from the glitch to purchase upgrade and my JSS account turns negative $15 and it was acceptable in my part because I have used it but I will going to pay for that $15 loan. I didn't withdraw that amount because I might get a problem since it's not my money when I check my JSS account. None of my refs purchased such positions for me to earn something like that so I decide not to withdraw it but decided to make use of the $15.

Later I've known that if we used it, our balance would go negative. But that is only my problem and not that big.

That is why whenever you are confused about something.
- Ask your sponsor
- OR go to conference room which is active 24 x 7. There is a reason why JBP is working so hard and hiring so many people so that its conference room remains active through out the day and cater to 2 million people.

Only those people who decided to withdraw the glitchy $45 money have their accounts blocked.There's nothing you can do besides wait. The support staff usually takes weeks but I don't know if this may be processed faster.Just check out with conference room mods and ask if you have to submit a ticket regarding this or will they correct on their own.

And discussing about this issue here will get you nowhere as I can assure you that they DO NOT read forums.

Hmm, their daily earnings are fine now but still have some delays. And still now I see my account in negative balance after they removed the 45 dollars. I will go on their conference why up to now why I still have this negative balance even not using that mistake by the program.

I don't think daily earnings are fine. I got the saturday's earning on monday. that is 2 day late. i am supposed to get sunday's earning, not monday's. it used to be like that in past. that said i guess they have to work on their reputation this time or else they are going to have to suffer people not adding more money because very people can withdrawa everyday.

I usually noticed that when its weekends but usually in weekdays its fine but yes they really need to build more reputation as we don't want to see that investors will going to stop investors because of these new issues they have and which we will not like either.

I agree. Maybe this issues is due to their optimization or transferring of their server that's why there is some delays. I hope that everything will be fine soon enough.

Well, we really should understand about that its not easy to maintain their servers and improve as the program is still growing tremendously and imagine that they have more than 2 million users in the program and now they are going to get more staffs here and I'm glad that some of our fellow got the job already.

Yeah. I understand them that's why I am still here promoting JBP. Every programs do encounter issues along the way as they are growing. If they are not that dedicated enough I think that JBP will not last this long. Even if we keep on complaining, there's nothing we can do about it. All we need to do is to wait for them to fix everything from the server transfers and optimization of the system.

well, i now have many positions in the JPB Triple program , and i do not just keep getting my profits , i also keep buying new and new positions , i about to end my 4 triple positions and i hope to upgrade to get my matrix position which will give me at worth 60$ after it has been ended. 15$ for upgrading is not so bad i think .

the major problem i am having now a days is not about the earning of weekends but the placement of new positions and especially the placement of matrix positions as the result of their latest restart..
i don't know why they are taking so long, now a days my new trippler positions are being placed with 2 days delay and matrix positions are not yet placed of that restart..
i just hope they do it soon...

Placement of jss tripler positions are fast perhaps the problem here is that they do take time to start earning us.so thats the problem,i just pray they get through with the server installing so as to speeden things here.

I don't know if it is because of the servers. i guess they are giving the reason of new servers last 2-3 months. I think that is quite a lot of delay already. if they don't speed up surely they are going to have less money in the reserve. also they will find it hard to make money over a period of time later. they have to work on that.

I agree. I am not an IT expert that's why I don't know how long it takes for the program to have a server transfer. They should at least give a specific time or at least an estimated day when would be the completion of the server transfer for us to be aware.

yeah, if it is a server problem then they should solve it soon because now members are really getting irritated and disappointed by the long delays and low earnings from here...
any way can anyone tell me how long will it take to place matrix positions which are the result of their latest restart..?

This is just what i hate about the program they keep on giving such reason prolonging things they said that the jss positions from jss tripler converted positions will be placed within 14 days but nothing is moving yet.

It was removed on my account already as I didn't touch it as I don't want to have a problem with my account, but there are some members who used the funds to buy some positions so good luck with them hope they won't encounter some problem doing that.

i have no problem at all but i was deducted daily which is ok for me since i treat it as a loan to me i hope to buy more positions it's a good way to start because restart just happen and we are on a good position to make good cash here

It's a problem for those who withdraw the 45$ digcth for the account block 24 hours well am happy that i dont even request for that before take the 45$ awofu ,i see that justbeenpaid are not paying since monday now only paid for saturday and sunday am expecting the payment to paid all from monday to wednesday before i request again .
