UPDATE: The good things is Obama signed an extension on FHA jumbo loan limits in Nov 2011. so that will more than likely mean that normal jumbo mortgage limits will also be raised or extended.

Time to Short Apple?
It hit $400 many times and the technicals say it will drop pretty good. I say short it big time. Look at RIMM, Google too will fall down as well as BIDU since China Real estate is slumping.

Id like a good calculator app for android. The ones online are pretty in-depth so not sure how it would like on an Ipad or android. FWIW, Most users are coming to sites I see on an Ipad or iPhone.

No answers yet. I'd say 1 to 1.5% may be the best out there. right now I get .50% which is a shame. They hold all that money and give so little interest. It is better to invest it.

Who is going to actively manage the property, collect the rents, make repairs, serve evictions to unruly tenants. Also, do you have at least 12 months of mortgage in case it is vacant.
