Forms have been one of the most integral parts of the web designing and web world altogether. Wherever we go, we can find forms like these, and those. But, for such forms, which language is good to use? PHP or Javascript. If you must know, Javascript is client-side, so all of the functions can be done in the client browser, and so the works can be done completely inline and without the need to refresh any thing. But PHP has a greater-sized library and so, we can perform many other functions in it. Which one, as you think, is better?

JavaScript (JS) is an interpreted computer programming language. It was originally implemented as part of web browsers so that client-side scripts could interact with the user, control the browser, communicate asynchronously, and alter the document content that was displayed.
JavaScript is a prototype-based scripting language that is dynamic, weakly typed, and has first-class functions. Its syntax was influenced by the language C. JavaScript copies many names and naming conventions from Java, but the two languages are otherwise unrelated and have very different semantics. The key design principles within JavaScript are taken from the Self and Scheme programming languages. It is a multi-paradigm language, supporting object-oriented, imperative, and functional programming styles.
JavaScript's use in applications outside of web pages—for example, in PDF documents, site-specific browsers, and desktop widgets—is also significant. Newer and faster JavaScript VMs and frameworks built upon them (notably Node.js) have also increased the popularity of JavaScript for server-side web applications.

I really don't know why the Javascript developers made it case sensitive. This is a really annoying fact since the cases usually get mistaken. I have, since the beginning of using Javascripts, faced a lot of problems with the case sensitivity of Javascript. Other scripts like PHP, etc. are not case sensitive and they really provide great services to developers but Javascript really gives a great headache. For example: if I am coding something an I mistakenly place a single case that was not supposed to be there, the whole script returns with an error. This usually gets the hell out of you. Does anybody know why it is made case sensitive?
