1. open a new document > select the paint bucket tool and fill in the background with this RGB color 4c0101

2. create a new layer > right click the new layer and select the option convert to smart object
Now press the letter ‘D’ key on your keyboard > go to filter – render – clouds, and after applying clouds, apply difference clouds in the same menu > set the layers blending mode to overlay (You wont get the exact same effect as mine because the clouds filter generate a random effect. So if you are not happy with what you have, you can actual double click on clouds or difference clouds to change the effect)

3. create another new layer and activate the type tool and start typing some text (choose your own font the bigger the better. the rgb color is b2b2b2)

4. apply some layer effects or right click the layer of your text and click blending options. and set according to the image below,

5. Double click on the gloss contour image to edit it and try to match something like mine.
