Photoshop Layer Transparency - Opacity

Have you ever used this tool? You will see it in the upper right hand corner of the Layers palette and you can adjust the transparency of your images on any layers that you want. When you decrease the amount of the opacity your image will become more transparent.

Not yet familiar with it? Some photoshop users use it just to trick people in making a ghost in their pictures. The more transparent it is the more looks like a ghost in your image.

Yes, opacity is very much useful for those people that is in to photoshop, they always use the opacity thing, I always use the opacity when editing photos especially when I want to change someones face to another face, opacity will play a big role doing that.

yes very useful in any selection that you have even in a small dot can change its opacity in a single click. You cannot use the opacity settings if your image is locked. Just double click the lock icon in order to unlock it and you can now have the access on the settings above of the layers palette.

Of course you can't change the opacity if the layer is locked, Anyways, There are really so much use of the opacity option in photoshop, Many graphic artist uses this to make their work more artistic, I'm not a PRO photoshop user but I know how tools work.

The very good aspects of the Photoshop is that the people can use the opacity in their image.Opacity refer to the how much change should be done in terms of the image of the given figure.There is different layer and it will be better if we Fill our image in different layer.

Actually, what you can find out is the opacity of a pixel, not the entire image. Some images might have varying amounts of opacity. But if a transparency has been applied equally to the entire image, then once you find out the opacity of one pixel, you know the opacity of the entire image.
