The easiest way to explain monetized is when you have google adsense or its likes in your website or blog, don't dare to place them in traffic exchange sites to get traffic, because they see that as cheating and you account stands to get banned!

Can you please read my post again. I say this site is good to increase your website or blog but not good when you monetize your blog or your website. Now my question is this when you monetize your blog or website what does it mean? Do socialsurf4u has connection with monetizing your website or blog? Is your blog or website monetized?
In short theirs many factors in here and not just socialsurf4u. When you monetized your blog and its allowed by the affiliate site then theirs no problem with your site but if that affiliate site does not allow traffic sites then you got a problem.

firstly i wanted to say this program is very old an alexa rank waz very good,but now rank is decreasing day by day,because members are not ready to work with this site and there are not paying payments an admin is not giving response to the members also
