S&P 500 (Dec 11) INTRADAY Review The positive sentiment from last week continued yesterday as European equities rallied strongly on the back of weekend talks between Merkel and Sarkozy who pledged to come up with a bank recapitalisation plan in time for the G20 summit on 3-4 November. The EU summit scheduled for the 17th October was put back to the 23rd October to accommodate for this development but equities remain undeterred for the session.
