Until now I still not forgive moneybookers. I loss about 100 dollars in here because of its incompetent. I have been scammed and I'm a verified account holder but they sided on an account that is unverified. Their reason is simple. The unverified account holder called them. While me I don't. I told them they must be the one who call me or I will call them but they must give me a free toll since I'm living in the Philippines. While the unverified account holder leave in UK. So he don't pay toll fee. In short I don't call them since I'm the one who need to shoulder the call fee. Darn. And I loss my 100 dollars worth of funds.

I verified my moneybookers account. It's easy to verify, i haven't found any difficulty while verifying my moneybookers account. I am from Nepal and i always use my moneybookers to receive funds because in moneybookers i can add my bank account. And it's easy to receive funds.

I did verification of my moneybookers acocunt. They sent me letter in about week via air mail. I found one code inside it which was supposed to be inputed inside the control panel. This is just for address verification and other documents are there for identity verification as well.

I don't have a Moneybookers account to verify yet but I think that I'm gonna have one in the near future. Verifying MB account is much simplier than PP and AP where you have to get it verify through CC. But I don't think you need to verify it if you don't have much money. Unlike PP, unverified MB account is still very convenient and the limit is much bigger too.

Yes you don't need any CC for address verification. But you do need it when they call for secondary or higher verification based on your money transfer quota. So it is possible they might ask for the credit or other card verification. I did address verification so far and didn't have issues, it's quick too.

I don't think I'll ever have that much money to get a call for secondary or higher verification. 1000$ is big enough. If I were to verify to MB account, I would use the address verification too. In my opinion, it's the most convenient way even though you have to wait for the mail.

1000$ is small amount if you're ebay trader or any other shop owner online. Most of the time these are the people who get verified for genuine verification. As for simple payment transfer and debit/card related issues they do have some verifications other than address but that depends on country.

Usually it will need 1-2 weeks to get that mail..

You can use it without any problem. Verification is only necessary if you want to add money using your creditcard or to withdraw straight to your bank. But if its just sending and receiving funds theirs no problem even if your not verified.

well i`m glad that you reply here,well it`s quite easy to verify by bank account, you just need to go at with drawl option and choose bank for with drawl,then they`ll ask you bank account swift code and other things, also demand date of birth on transaction any problem remain don`t ever hesitate to contact me you can also me Pm,or talk me on messenger to describe all working of Money Bookers

If you know how to get verified using mail, and credit card then I think theirs no problem for you to get verified using bank account. As the rules are almost the same. The only difference is the medium used. Me I got all verified. Problem is that after I got verified they banned my account. Although they return my money.

Sending more money without verification rarely gives ban. Then again i have not tested this theory. So you have to open another account and see if you can get paid by any other means than their service. There is payweb, webmoney and alertpay as well to work on this.

Have you sent e-mail to their support? With case like this, you should boom their inbox with e-mail and go on every mmo community to tell us about your case. If possible, call them. If you're not doing illegal stuffs, then send proof about the source of your earning. Just because somebody lives in a third world country doesn't mean that they can limit his account for such reason.

that's why I have stuck using this payment processor because I have heard all came across so many negative comments about this payment processor . I don't trust them at all now . I find that it is very risky to open an account with them .

The only one that I can remember and I'm suspecting that is the reason is that I send support asking them If I can use moneybookers to receive funds from casino sites. Since I read their TOS that they allowed sending funds to gambling site only if its in the list of countries that is allowed to gamble. And I send support asking. What if I only receive funds from gambling site and not actually going to deposit from them. Its a silly question I know but for me theirs nothing wrong with asking right? They can simply say its allowed or not allowed. But I never expect them to suspect that I'm using my MB in gambling and got terminated because of that.

No i haven't verified my account yet. Well i confirmed my email address but still its not verified. We need some more testimonials or documents to verify moneybookers account. I haven't logged in my moneybookers account for a long time. I think my account is already limited by moneybookers then.

It does not really matters. Because if your account is not verified you can't cashout and you can't deposit funds into your moneybookers account. So what is the use of having MB if you can't deposit or cashout. As moneybookers is a merchant processor.

I think you should have MB account If you are buyer or interesting by buying from any buying sites , MB like paypal , both of them are acceptable from many of buying sites . and the verification methods at MB is very easy and fast .

Can you elaborate? Because verification in MB is instant. So I wonder why you find its hard to get your creditard verified. They just going to bill you and that its. its either they will ask you the amount they charge you or they ask you the code that shows when you receive your SOA.

There are two forms of verification in moneybookers. I think first one is about verifying the address which lets you use account based on the address proof and second is from the debit or credit card. I think that will verify the identity.

Why do you need to wait for a month? what form of verification you have done in here already? Anyway MB is good processor but same time they can close your account without any due process so be careful.

And first of all MB has each own market target and has no way have the same market as paypal. Paypal market is online shops while MB target are betting and casinos sites. So theirs no way this two sites is directly competing to each others.
Anyway. Its so easy to get verified in here. Just give them your email address after two weeks you will going to receive a mail and your address is verified.

You mean you can deposit money in your MB account even if your account is not yet verified?
If your account is not yet verified then technically you are limited. And each verification method verified will increase the amount that you can transact daily. But I don't know that they allow unverified member to make a deposit.

wow, that's worse than paypal. with paypal, i verified my account with a vba and have no trouble after that. looks like moneybookers is definitely a payment processor to avoid. if you don't verify, they freeze your account and it looks to me that if you get your account verified, they still freeze your account so it's a lose lose situation for you either way.
