Hello guys....
I was thinking of what will happen to the world if google stop searching.... i have see google as the best search engine and the top rank... what will happen if google stop working and searching?

If Google stop to search then it will be great problem in net and net user in the world i cannot imagine that Google stop searching.for all people will get difficult to work in net and other where Google has help.may be another site create like Google.

I don't think there will be a big problem. google already stopped searching many domains and sites. there are also cases where google is only indexing top websites and ignoring others. so surely there will be time when google only shows biased search. i see that yacy, duckduckgo and some other search engines will take over when google drops. that is how i see it.

Well, i can only say that you got it wrong here. Googles indexing is not biased and will not be. While google tries to fetch the top sites on the first page of each search made on google.com is for profit and security issues.

there are some other search engines that used to use the data from google. but scroogle is gone so is dogpile in next few months. i think that way google may dominate and we hope in future we get some decent websites to search other than google. like bing and duckduckgo.

Bing is a site to watch out in the future regarding its search engine capabilities. I would love an atmosphere not only google will dominate the internet search engine sector but would be facing strong competitions from the likes of bing, ask, infoplease, yahoo etc.

I doubt it would happened, because of the people rely on it so much and it is still the most relevant search engine in our time. unless someone can come up with another search engine that is radically different and the search result is the closest to what we are looking for, I think google would be here to stay.

You are correct friend. People are addicted of using google search engine as the best of all. I feel like most of the people have never tried any else search except google so its like their habit but it can be changed in need.

No matter how other search engine work, google still tops them. The only reason i may be forced to agree with you partly is that our brains, i mean human beings are built to adopt to changes. If it happens, we can adopt other search engines but we will still miss google.

I don't think google will remain topping them. It is about privacy which is very valuable on the net. google is not at all good in terms of privacy. i don't think most of the people will miss google if google continues to mine the private information of people.

Duckduckgo is the one that is kind of giving some good compeition to the google. other than that there are some other search engines like freshpage and izquick. that are also good for the searching. i would love to find more such alternatives if time allows.

If Google all of a sudden stops searching, I will find another search engine to use. It is not that big of a problem. Google does other things besides searches. Yeah we still have many other search engines out there. I think many of the popular ones have been long forgotten ever since the rise of Google. Altavista has kind of cease to exist actually, because it is now owned by Yahoo already. Not to forget Lycos, AOL and Ask Jeeves...Oh well those were the good old days actually...:)

It is the most popular sites and its much more faster and mostly used sites in the world. finally i find one good reason why the google will stop it service, the only condition is the people around the world will stop using the google as the searching site and i dont think that is possible

its hard right now to imagine life without Google and its functionalities. We will eventually get over it and life will go on like before. Its not like the sun will stop coming up because Google no longer has a search engine and we will move on to the next best thing that we can find.

well there are many cases on google these days and they are getting more into privayc issues. so if you're considering to use the search engine, then either use the one which value privacy, as more and more people use it, google will be hard on survival.

Google gets paid when people click on search ads. so they show the search results which match the expectations of the people. sometimes they show bad ads to see if they are getting more click on the advertiser ads. so that works for them and they earn more money. i can only say that you got it wrong here. Googles indexing is not biased and will not be. While google tries to fetch the top sites on the first page of each search made on google.com is for profit and security issues. Google stopped searching. LOL it will affect many people. Those who frequently search with google will miss google search. Though another brand, another search engine will possibly try to replace google and fill the vacuum but it will be difficult to feel the vacuum

well friend i think bing will be used by many users as search engine if google will be stopped as bing is also popular as search engine but may be it won't be as fast as google and also would not give us accurate answers to our finding too.
